Harold Klaje is Reddit's Global EVP and President of Advertising, overseeing the Large Customer Sales team, the Mid Market and SMB team and the Activation and Enablement team which encompasses Creative Strategy and acts as the connective tissue between the Sales organization and the rest of the business. Harold is responsible for growing Reddit’s global advertising partner base and working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure the right products, campaign support, and marketing programs across the business.
Harold joins Reddit from Pinterest, where he served as Global Head of Growth, working across international sales, marketing, product engineering, operations, finance and strategy to accelerate growth and revenue. Prior to Pinterest, he spent almost a decade in leadership roles at Google and is experienced in building and scaling global operations.
Timo is Reddit’s VP of Business Marketing, driving the go-to-market strategy that showcases the power and effectiveness of Reddit’s ever-evolving advertising offering. He leads the team that connects Reddit’s Sales organization with the wider industry, giving voice to Reddit’s 100,000+ communities for advertisers of all sizes and verticals. Timo has over 15 years of experience spanning a wide range of marketing, including B2C, B2B, communications, strategy, sales, brand, and product. Prior to Reddit, he worked at Instagram where he led global business marketing across brand and product for the company‘s business and advertising solutions. Timo is passionate about creating audience-led work that enables businesses of all sizes to achieve their goals. He earned his bachelor’s degree in North American cultural studies and his M.A. in Political Science from the University of Bonn in Germany. Will Cady’s purpose is to repair broken systems through strategies & storytelling informed by a view unconstrained by the present paradigm.
Prior to taking on the leadership of KarmaLab, Will launched, hired, and managed Reddit’s Los Angeles brand partnerships office; tapping years of experience architecting revenue-driving programs that connect brands with fast-growing pockets of music, art, and experience just as they reach their tipping points. Will’s brand strategy work covers a majority of Fortune 100 brands.
He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, recipient of an Emmy Award (New England Regional) for Best Musical Composition/Arrangement, and has been featured as a member of the 2020 AdWeek Top 50 for Tech, Media, and Marketing. His original music has amassed ~2M+ streams on Spotify and counting.

Rob is Director of Partner Insights at Reddit where he derives insights from conversations and communities on the platform to help brands predict and act upon changing consumer attitudes and behavior. He has over 20 years of experience in the marketing, innovation, and start-up space running brands in media, financial services, tech, gaming, packaged goods, and skincare. Previously, Rob was VP of Marketing for Splitit, a Fintech in the "buy now, pay later" space. Prior to that, he was a Managing Partner at sparks & honey, a consultancy that helps Fortune 500 companies quantify, predict and take action on cultural change. He’s also flexed his muscles as an entrepreneur, for his mobile citizen journalist startup and became an expert authority on journalism innovation before successfully exiting his company in 2013. A veteran, Rob credits his time in the Navy for shaping his calm demeanor and love of the ocean, traits he’s hoping to pass on to his two-year-old baby girl.
Ryan is Reddit’s Senior Group Product Marketing Manager for Ads Product. He leads the team responsible for designing and launching disruptive products for every stage of digital ads buying, from signals and targeting to optimization and measurement. With 12+ years of experience in the ads industry, Ryan has held leadership roles at TikTok, Meta and AppNexus (now Xandr). Prior to Reddit, Ryan led Global Product Marketing for Signals, Identity and Privacy Enhancing Tech products at TikTok where he helped advertisers, creators and partners power their campaigns with privacy-safe and compliant data. He also launched many of Meta’s industry-leading interface, signals and measurement products. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and currently resides in NYC where he is an active member in his favorite Reddit community, r/Outdoors.
Ryan is Global Head of Measurement at Reddit where he oversees client measurement, measurement partnerships, and measurement R&D. He has over 15 years of experience with data science, ad technology, and advertising measurement at places such as Datalgoix, Oracle, and Pinterest. He completed his bachelors and masters from the University of Colorado in Finance & Econometrics and MBA from the University of Illinois. Ryan lives in Denver with his wife and daughter and enjoys skiing, movies, and browsing r/StarWar.
Yvonne Quinn leads marketing for Reddit's business offering across EMEA and APAC, and brings with her over a decade of experience in accelerating marketing and growth for some of the world’s leading power-houses.
Prior to joining Reddit, Yvonne led global marketing for Hearst's digital arm where she launched the global go-to-market engine for the publisher's solutions and services offering, bringing the media, content and data capabilities together under one roof. Yvonne’s career has also seen her lead agency marketing for The Drum across Europe, as well as scale Pinterest's international marketing team, where she was tasked to launch their business brand in the UK and Northern Europe.
Yvonne is passionate about creating marketing that is purpose driven and encourages positive change within the advertising industry. In 2019, Microsoft named her inclusive marketer of the year in Europe for helping brands to drive growth by creating accessible and inclusive marketing strategies. She's also a leader who loves to foster the next generation of talent and has been a Mentor for OK Mentor, Bloom and Cosmopolitan Magazine.
